Where do y’all buy your bags from? (second hand only!)

I bought a bag from there and had it authenticated after and it was legit. I believe they’ve gotten a lot better about checking for authentication. But if you aren’t sure I’d just get it authenticated after and if it’s fake then you can report it to Tradesy.

One day the three of us were hanging out & the topic of Tradesy came up (this was before it became part of VC), & he told me that he would buy superfakes of currently trendy LV bags from Chinese sellers for a few hundred dollars .

I know they offer a full refund only in tradesy credit however if it is fake but i don’t think i’d want to buy from them again if it did turn out to be fake. Has anyone shopped on this site and if so what are your stories with purchasing through them?

I can't tell you how many fake items I have flagged on Tradesy, and they get taken down *maybe* 50% of the time at best, but 99% of the time they pop right back up again. To have the best experience SELLING on Tradesy, here is what I've learned: I just thought I would share my experience dealing with Tradesy on known counterfeits. First, a disclaimer: I love Tradesy's model and I sell and buy on there. But.. their loyalty to buyers and authenticity only seems to go so far. The reason Tradesy works for me is because they stand by their guarantee of authenticity. If you purchase a fake item or one that is not as described, you return it to them and they will refund you. Conversely, if you sell an item and the buyer backs out, Tradesy eats the cost of the return if you have described your item accurately.
