I've seen people successfully fix very light crystal scratches with Diamond Paste, but if its quite deep, you likely have to get the crystal replaced. hi guys this is my first post to the forum, and i am looking forward to getting your feedback. i have a friend who is able to get me a used Panerai PAM104. If you do get a deep scratch on your sapphire crystal watch, the entire sapphire crystal needs to go in for a watch crystal replacement. For those stubborn scratches that simply cannot be buffed out at home on plexiglass, or for sapphire glass coverings that need replacing, come see CJ Charles for a watch repair that is as easy as it is economical. So after being extremely careful with my 372 over the last two years I accidentally bumped into a shelf on the way out of a store and this happened. It's a fairly deep scratch. When I run my fingernail against it, it actually catches on the scratch. So I don't think it's a "toothpaste" fix.
